Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Amazing Birthday Magic! My goal is to provide a fun, memorable, and stress-free experience for your child and guests. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding your event.
Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable booking deposit of $100 is required to reserve your event date and time.
Your event is not considered booked until the deposit has been received.
The deposit will be applied toward the total balance due for your event.
If the event is canceled by the client within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled event date, the deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs more than fourteen (14) days before the event, Amazing Birthday Magic may, at its discretion, allow the deposit to be transferred to a future available date.

Final Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event before the performance begins unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit card, or electronic payment.

Performance Area Requirements
To provide the best possible show experience, the client agrees to provide:

A performance area approximately 10 feet wide by 5 feet deep.

Seating arranged so children are facing the performance area.

A level, safe, and reasonably clean performance space.

Access to the performance area at least 20 minutes prior to showtime for private setup.
For the safety of guests, animals, and equipment, Amazing Birthday Magic reserves the right to adjust the performance location if necessary.

Adult Supervision
Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
Amazing Birthday Magic provides entertainment services and is not responsible for child supervision before, during, or after the performance.

Outdoor Events & Weather
Outdoor performances are welcome provided suitable conditions exist.
The client agrees to provide:

Adequate shade for the performer, audience, and animals.

Protection from rain, excessive wind, or other unsafe conditions.

A backup indoor location when possible.
For the safety of guests, animals, and equipment, Amazing Birthday Magic reserves the right to relocate or modify the performance if weather conditions are deemed unsafe.

Live Animal Appearances
Certain packages may include professionally cared-for live animals, including doves and rabbits.
The safety and welfare of the animals is the highest priority.
Children may be invited to gently pet the animals after the show when appropriate and under the performer’s supervision. (Doves will be in their transport carrier where the kids can preview them. They will be allowed to pet Professor Hops after the show and take photos.
Animals may not be chased, grabbed, picked up, fed, or handled without permission.
If an animal becomes stressed or conditions are unsafe, Amazing Birthday Magic reserves the right to modify or remove the animal portion of the performance.

Balloon Twisting Add-On
Balloon twisting services, when purchased, are provided immediately following the show unless otherwise arranged.
Balloon twisting is sold in blocks of up to 25 children for $75 per block.
For example:

Up to 25 children = $75
-
26–50 children = $150
-
51–75 children = $225
Final pricing may be adjusted based on attendance.
Parents should understand that latex balloons may present a choking hazard to young children and should always be used under adult supervision.

Photography & Social Media
Guests are encouraged to take photographs and videos during the event.
We love seeing your magical memories!
Please tag Amazing Birthday Magic when sharing photos and videos on social media.
By booking Amazing Birthday Magic, the client grants permission for general audience photographs and video footage to be used for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided prior to the event.
No child names will ever be used without permission.

Delays & Late Starts
The client agrees to make reasonable efforts to begin the show at the scheduled start time.
If the performance start is delayed due to circumstances beyond the performer’s control, Amazing Birthday Magic will make reasonable efforts to provide the full performance time when scheduling permits.

Liability
Amazing Birthday Magic maintains reasonable care in providing entertainment services.
The client assumes responsibility for providing a safe environment for guests and agrees to release and hold harmless Amazing Birthday Magic from claims arising from conditions beyond the performer’s control.
